21 Series, Light Medium Duty Casters
Capacity to 300 pounds

Kingpin: Husky 1/2" diameter rivet squeezed to provide a stronger swivel section than conventional staking.
Axle: 3/8" diameter with lock nut.
Finish: Zinc plated to protect against corrosion and extend the swivel life.
Swivel Section: Dual raceways provide improved swivel action.
Top Plate Size: 2 3/4 x 3 3/4
Bolt Hole Spacing: 1 3/4 x 2 7/8 Slotted to 1 3/4 x 3
Options: WB-Toe Operated Wheel Brake; TG-Thread Guards for Most Wheel Types.

46 Series Medium Heavy Duty Casters
Capacity to 900 pounds

Swivel Section: Cold forged top plate, yoke and button are all heat treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action and increase service life. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance.
Kingpin: 5/8" diameter rivet hydraulically compressed to increase strength of swivel section as compared to staking.
Axle: 1/2" diameter drilled axle with lubrication fitting.
Finish: Zinc plated to protect against corrosion.
Wheels: Wheels are available with either straight roller bearings which rotate on a hardened and ground spanner, Annular ball bearing for ease of rollability, or delrin/plain bearings for wet applications.
Mounting Plate: 4 x 4 1/2
Bolt Hole Spacing: 2 5/8 x 3 5/8 Slotted to 3 x 3

Top plate is forged from 3/8" thick steel plate and legs are 5/16" steel. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance.
Kingpin: 1" bolt and lock nut for increased swivel section strength.
Axle: 3/4" diameter axle.
Finish: Zinc plated to protect against corrosion.
Wheels: Wheels are available with either straight roller bearings which rotate on a hardened and ground spanner, Annular ball bearing for ease of rollability, or delrin/plain bearings for wet applications.

65 Series Precision Heavy Duty Caster
Kingpinless

Raceway Design: Patented Autocon single ball bearing precision machined raceway, hardened to 50 Rockwell C. Swivel section features a 2 3/8" diameter raceway with 3/8" ball bearings.
Leg Thickness: 1/4" formed and double welded swivel only.
Finish: Zinc plated to protect against corrosion.
Wheels: Wheels are available with either straight roller bearings which rotate on a hardened and ground spanner, Annular ball bearing for ease of rollability, or delrin/plain bearings for wet applications.
